Thank you for considering Christine's Catering for your upcoming special event. We eagerly anticipate providing you with our outstanding hospitality, food and service. We specialize in full service off-premise catering for groups up to 200 and we are fully licensed and insured. We are available to assist you in planning any arrangements regarding floral decorations, photography and entertainment. Our wedding director can personally guide you through each part of your special day, from the ceremony through the reception, leaving you to enjoy the party. We will always be pleased to prepare a custom menu at your request. Please see the General Info section for our policies.

 Breads, Spreads and Cheeses Display Station:

Set up separately from the main buffet table, this is served with the passed hors d’oeuvres.  This presentation includes a large bounty of sliced French baguettes, bread sticks, focaccia and crackers.  The cheese board includes Cheddar, Swiss, Pepper Jack, Smoked Gouda, Bleu Cheese and Brie garnished with fresh seasonal fruits.  Fresh seasonal vegetable crudités accompanies our homemade Spinach Dip, Veggie Spread, and Shrimp Dip.

· Assorted Canapés — Dilled Smoked Salmon, Pesto Shrimp and Pimento Cheese
